Nice marked, red eosin cracked glase vase from Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory (Pécs, Hungary) in perfect condition!

Red "sang de boeuf" eosin glaze.

Beautifully stylised in mid-century style.

A stunning baluster-shaped porcelain faience vase produced in Hungary by the Zsolnay pottery in Pécs from the late 1950s into the 1960s.

Gabriella Törzsök designed this unique textured and crackled surface, sometimes referred to as broken panel or reptile skin.

First series!

Mark: three shield stamp, Zsolnay Pécs MADE IN HUNGARY (this mark was used between 1920 and 1960).

Dimensions: 19,5x13 cm
