Size and shape of the Hemingway fountain pen. Shiny pearl grey marbled barrel, dark brown cap made of precious resin. Signature of the author on the cap.
Goldplated mountings and inlays. The clip is decorated with a sword symbol.
Rhodium plated 18 Kt. gold nib, nib size indicated as F although it looks rather as EF. The nib is engraved with the ' Fleur de Lis ', symbol of the medieval French monarchy. The pen was gently handled as a collector's item and not used as a writing instrument. Sticker removed after purchase.
Alexandre Dumas was an important 19th century novelist and playwright. Among his most famous works are 'The Tree Musqueteers' and 'The Count of Montecristo
