Good condition

Two bitong, brush-holders in ivory with a beautiful patina, with decoration of monks moving around a Goddess making an offering to a dragon on one and holding a vase garnished with peonies on the other. Lovely plinths in mahogany painted with golden lacquer, Japan late 19th century.
Condition: one of the two bitongs has two minor cracks at the base.
Height: 20 cm (both)
