2005 Montagny 1er Cru " Les Vignes Derriére" Domaine Stéphane Aladame

Vintage Score 2005 Burgundy White - 17/20

Description du millésime 2005 Bourgogne :
-----------------------------------------

Presentation of the wine :
We are there in the south of the Côte Chalonnaise, almost in the Mâconnais, on clay and limestone grounds. This 1er Cru white wine, manually harvested and grown organically grown chardonnay, is aged one third in barrels and two thirds in vats. The fermentation is alcoholic and made from indigenous yeasts.

This cuvee Les Vignes Behind Stéphane Aladame presents a complex nose of pear and exotic fruits - mango, passion fruit. A Montagny with a silky, full-bodied, structured and with a nice minerality

Vintage description 2005 Burgundy
The white wines are already very pleasant and have signs of becoming, very well-balanced, lovely rich wines with a particularly complex aromatic palette. The future seems bright, even though the inaugural dilemma has yet to be answered.¿
