Château Poujeaux 2014 has a beautiful violet colour with garnet red reflections. The nose, fine and elegant, offers you
ripe notes of red fruit with delicate oak wood. On the palate, the wine reveals great complexity and silky smoothness.
Tannins. The rich and complex prelude provides aromas of cherry and plum jam with a hint of vanilla.
Food & Wine Pairing: Serve with duck breast fillet, quail fig, game or cheese.
Serving condition: Between 16°c and 18°C
Conservation: Up to 15 years, taking into account the above information. After this time the wine matures and matures.
