I am selling this magnificent tsuba with pretty patina, 'satsuma' meaning mandarin, tangerine, also a Japanese region...
EDO period, 18th/19th century.
- decorations: foliage and some traces of inlaid gold
- Diameter: 6.5 to 7 cm
- Thickness: 6.5 mm and 11 mm at the 'bump'
- Weight: 124.4 grams
- Slot for Nakago: 25 mm max. in length.
- 7.5 mm maximum width
Tracked shipping, without specific box.
