The soldier served in the Japanese army in the period 1930-1945
- size 12,3 cm x 18.6 cm - more than 130 pages (9 blank) - hardcover, slight traces of use - notes written with red ink, some pages with black ink - neat handwriting.
The sailor writes in his diary what they did every day, he mentioned the names of the battle ships and the leadership, visits to navy bases in Hiroshima, Kure, Yokosuka and more. He also writes the type of weapons on board his battle ship. On the last page he mentions how to use signals between Japan and UK navy.
