Ancient collection mask of Liberia. Beautiful ancient piece with much character. Wonderful shiny patina. The volumes were nicely carved. An exceptional piece! It was on sale at Sotheby’s London in 1984, and then at Loudmer Paris in 1992. Its first owner was René David, founder of the Walu gallery. Around 1900. Placed on a stand.
