Leather fire helmet, Germany
Good condition, leather and metal, around 1900 

Still in beautiful condition, the original German fire helmet from around 1900. With metal crest and edges. Features the original cockades which are virtually undamaged. The leather, the stitching and lining are still in fairly good condition considering the age. 
The helmet still has the original interior only lace is missing and the original chin strap of the chin strap the leather is somewhat dry. On the front the helmet features a very large metal emblem decorated richly with fire attributes. The emblem is loose on one side.
