A very nice antique double barrel .12 shotgun central fire, black gunpowder and not numbered.
The rifle has a so-called "under lever closure" with beautiful cocks and is of the brand "Sheppard".
In addition, the rifle has very nice ‘hoof nail damask’ barrels benchmark stamped brands of Birmingham (only black powder) and the inside of the barrels is beautiful.
The beautiful Walnut butt, of straight English model is without cracks.
The rifle has a fine and distinctive "arabesque scroll engraving" and a front wood with traverse disk mount.
The weapon is from ca. 1880 (so 138 years old) and is in good condition, despite being an old and antique weapon is, however, it does have the usual signs of wear.
Weapon comes with an official Dutch proof of exemption and can be freely owned in the Netherlands, as well as shipping and transferring it.
Shipping is done in accordance with value and by registered mail with track & trace.
