HJ Fahrtenmesser or dagger, worn by the Hitler Jugend from 1933 to 1945.
Manufacturer is Wilh. Weltersbach from Solingen.
The grip is made of nickel plated steel. The blade shows at the front "Blut und Ehre!" And at the back the logo of the manufacturer.
The blade is slightly corroded, but is in very good original condition. It was never sharpened.
The bakelite handles are in mint condition. The HJ logo is original and is firmly stuck in the grip.
The sheath is equipped with the original coating with wear, as well as the leather. The closure works perfectly.
This item is 100% authentic. It once belonged to a family member who against the will of his parents had himself incorporated in the Flemish Department of the HJ.
