French Comtoise clock with very nice feuille and date "1842"
Movement: 8-day comtoise movement with anchor escapement, striking mechanism for hours and half hours. With beautiful feuille and pristine pendulum. Clock runs fine.
Dial: Beautiful enamel dial with Roman numerals and with signature, floral decoration and date reference "1842".
The latter is quite exceptional, is only rarely done.
Bronze chiselled hands.
Accessories: pendulum, weights, and winding key.
Measurements:
Height 43 cm.
Width 28 cm
Depth: 15 cm.
Total length: 130 cm.
Due to its weight, the clock will be shipped in two parcels.
