Splendid Zeiss Ikon Maximar, plate camera type : 207/7, for glass plates of 9x12 cm. The camera looks very nice for its almost 90 years, with a well- functioning Compur shutter from 1--1/200th sec. T, B (slow speeds also run well). The lens is a beautiful 4.5/135 mm Tessar lens and is clear and without scratches. The camera has a double bellows pull-out and adjustments, for high/low/right/left for perspective distortion correction. Also a tiltable viewfinder with spirit level that still works, and a metal frame viewfinder in combination with fold-up viewfinder on the side. This set consists of: 6 metal glass plate holders, 1 film pack holder, all marked Zeiss Ikon, which is also presses in the front and ground glass holder. Also an original Zeiss Ikon cable release, all together in a leather case. Splendid set for a collector or possibly for a photographer, with available sheet film 9x12 cm.
