SKEPA - Gyom Garry - was born in 1978 in the suburbs of Orléans in France. In the early 1990's, he became part of his neighborhood crew, « IDK ». A fruitful artist, SKEPA's main activity is tag and throw up on urban and rolling supports. After some run-ins with the law, "IDK" crew came to an end in 1997. This is when SKEPA decided to start "TBS"  along with other activists. In 2003, he opened the Wall Gallery with Onie, Skuz and Mr Chat. This place hosted street artists such as  Alex One, l’Atlas, KRSN, Sun7, Supakitch, C215, Olivier Morvan, Koralie, OMW, Akroe…

Today, SKEPA 's work consists in debunking the real identity of some emblematic heroes of our childhood, with his « if*** / was*** » collection. He still uses the same tools than for his urban pieces, and the same energy that comes from the world of graffiti.
