In a good condition nice carved crocodile Elephant ivory - loxodanta africana length ca 48.5 cm ca. 1930-40 Good condition Weigth total 445 Gr. This statue comes from a larger collection of the Belgian colonel Beernaert, who was transferred to the D.R. Congo after World War I until a few years before World War II, have a look at the 2 last pictures, there is a detail of the personal map of the colonel, which is not included in this lot, it is simply an additional information about the provenance of the object This i a antique ivory tootth The supplier guarantees that this item is antique ivory, collected before 1947 and is therefore allowed according to CITES regulations. This item is delivered with a certificate of authenticity and age written by certified appraisser J.W . Ryten This object will be sent by registered mail and only within Europe.
