Deactivated WW2 German k98 sniper rifle. 1944 dated , BYF Mauser manufacture , with a rare ZFK 43 scope, good optics, short rail mounts with lens caps. German army snipers received the Kar 98 rifles, which were specially selected for being exceptionally accurate during factory tests. These were fitted with telescopic sights and issued as sniper rifles. These sniper rifles had had an effective range 1000 meters when used by a skilled sniper. Of all the wartime issue sniper rifles the Mausers were considered to be the most accurate. Comes with an original ww2 dated sling. Can be cocked and dry fired. UK/EU deactivation certificate.
