In fair condition
Created in the late 1860s as a substitute for more expensive materials like ivory, tortoiseshell and amber, celluloid filled the gap between classes. In fact, everyone could purchase dentures, toiletries, items of jewellery and ornamental items made from this inexpensive but beautiful material.
In the 20s, Japan joined the trend of celluloid objects. Over the course of two decades, many objects were produced from this material, although not many were of high quality.
Collectors are attracted by the charm of the celluloid marvels of the 20th century because they are beautiful little works of art.
The lot proposed is in very good condition. The objects have always been kept in a display cabinet and have no signs of wear. They are between 8 and 9 cm tall without the bases.
The seller will ship the item(s) within 3 working days after receiving confirmation of payment.
Shipping costs are for mainland destinations only.
|Rest of Europe||$20.51|
If you win more than one lot sold by the same seller in the same auction, your shipment will be combined. In this case, only the shipping costs of whichever lot has the highest shipping costs will be applied.
