This exclusive vehicle is one of the last 3 in existence listed by the Packard Club.
It was delivered in 1938 in London by Leonard Williams, an agent of Packard in London. The client: The Embassy of the United States in London and in particular, the Ambassador: Joseph Kennedy, father of John Kennedy. This vehicle was used during the two years of Joseph Kennedy’s presence in London.
It was then stored in 1940 in a warehouse, after the departure of Joseph Kennedy and during the second world war.
It was rediscovered in 1970 by David Scott Moncrieff, a famous exclusive vehicles enthusiast and specialist.
He had it fully restored and used it regularly thereafter for 19 years travelling across England, Scotland and all over Europe, participating in Concentrations and Classic Cars Rallies.
It remained in the same family until 2016, before arriving in Germany.

This vehicle has successfully passed the TÜV in Germany, it drives very well, is beautifully silent, changes gear (it is equipped with a 3-speed manual transmission with overdrive), it brakes very well.
Everything works: the headlamps, horn, windscreen wiper, indicators, the counters, clock, heating.
The last work done: Replacement of the soft top, new interior carpeting and parts of the door cladding.

The paint is in fair condition, with a patina of several dozen years but it is still very good.
This vehicle is free of rust, well-maintained and always protected indoors.

This vehicle registered with the Packard Club in the USA. Three copies of this model still exist in the world, the only one with right-hand drive.
This is a true rarity
