Bridal couple (native name ‘Loro Blonyo’) originating from Java. Carved from wood and painted. Large pieces, size approx. 46.5 and 40 cm high. Combined weight approx. 3.75 kg. The male and female statue portray Dewi Sri and Dewa Sedana. They are the symbol of domestic happiness and family harmony. Dated: 2nd half 20th century. In good condition. There are signs of age, please see photos.
