Candle holder in silver 800, from the 1920s, with SIAP hallmark. Created by a master silversmith using lost wax casting technique, it’s embossed and chiselled with scroll decorations. In good condition, with some flaws in the edge of the bobeche; near the round feet, there’s a slight dent, as shown by pictures. SIAP (Società Industriale Argenteria Posateria) has been a silversmith from 1920 to 1929, when it was purchased by another company, Cesa 1882. Dimensions: length (handle included) 18 cm, diameter 14 cm, height 8 cm. Weight: 115 grams.
