The following can be said about the work: The total picture is taken from the frame. Certain contaminants at the edges fall just away. At the top left there seems to be a little retouching. No crackle traces on the work; is recently a dirt layer was removed. The frame is beautiful but does not really fit the work, that owns a frame also from the 19th century. Signature is a monogram.
