I’m offering the following item from an inheritance: Vintage wooden rocking horse, handmade and artfully painted, made 20th century. This handmade wooden rocking horse with a forged iron structure was only attainable for well to do citizens as a toy for their children at the time. The body is made from one piece of wood, the legs and head with glass eyes are perfectly connected. The tail is made of real horse hair, the saddle is elaborately painted. The wooden rocking horse was made with a wooden base with two columns and a hand-forged iron structure for rocking. A narrow drought crack on the left side of the body indicates the age of about 100 years and does not diminish the visual appearance of the horse at all.
