A curvimeter is a device for measuring the length of a route on a map, for example a road map or a topographical map. A route almost never consists of a straight line, but often a lot curves are made along the roads or paths. A ruler is therefore not usable measuring them. They have a wheel on the bottom that can followed the route on a map. The mechanical copies look like a stop watch with one pointer. The coloured rings are the different scales of maps. The 0 km is at the top. When moving the wheel across the map, the pointer moves and displays the distance travelled. Will be packaged with care and shipped registered.
