Superb Smith & Wesson Model 1 1/2 second issue in calibre 32RF, manufactured in 107 000 copies (including 1600 with non fluted cylinder) between 1868 and 1875.

Serial number 105 602, entirely original.

Original rosewood plates (engraved with the same number): 105 602) in very good and nice condition.

Cylinder 5 chambers (nice and clean condition)

Barrel, (tip - up) of 89 mm (3.5 inches) with still well marked grooves

Perfectly legible markings

Mechanism in perfect working condition, good lock of barrel (very slight play to the cylinder in the order of less than 0.5 mm).

Beautiful nickle plating of origin, in its patina, only slightly blackened end of barrel with light pitting(see photos) shows that the weapon was used.

Superb original piece of the 19th century in an exceptional preserved condition.
