in very good condition "special" machine for sail or leather and cobblers of cast iron and stainless steel. no idea how it works, but the expert knows this. very beautifully hand-painted on the frame with a large dragon. looks very good, but its operation with the hand disc is unknown to me. marked with a large ' R ' is sold and delivered with clamp, to attach to; desk, table, workbench or to use as an eye-catcher. please take a good look at the photos, because I have no knowledge of the device, and it is possible that parts are missing. will be carefully and bombproof packaged and shipped.
