This very nice and well preserved Swiss Eterna-Matic Kontiki 20 men's wristwatch is made in the mid sixtees, and is in very good shape and running well! Stainless steel case with steel screwback; diameter case is 37mm (without crown). This watch has a screwed crown. On the screwback there is a gold inlay with the Thor Heyerdahl Kontiki raft on it and there is also an engraved date: 4-8-69. Original Eterna Kontiki steel strap ; length watch+strap is 20,5 cm. Movement: original Caliber Eterna 1489K Automatic with 21 jewels and Kif-Ultraflex shockproof. Date quickset by repeated pulling the crown. The movement runs very well; the watch keeps good time.
