This Aviator watch featured the German-WWII-Laco-style Beobachtungsuhr watch.
These Beobachtungsuhren or observer watches have been produced since 1941 for the German Luftwaffe for observers on board reconnaissance aircraft to identify and record the targets to be bombed. There were only a few companies authorized by the Aviation Ministry to produce these watches: IWC, Wempe, Stowa, A. Lange & Söhne and Laco.
The B-Uhr is identified by an outer minute track, five-minute marks enumerated and a large arrow at 12, and an inner hour ring that lines up with the hour hand.
Movement: based on the Valjoux 7734, the soviet 3133 caliber keeps time more accurately and is sturdier compared to its predecessor. This is due to a more intense lever movement, operating at 21600 bph vs 18000 bph and to the higher number of jewels 23 vs 17.
Time machine says that the movement is in a fully working condition.
It needs NO service (see photo).
