comtoise clock - iron and brass - 18th century
the clock with the brass ornament is 37 cm high. For the type, it has a small case of only 26 cm high.
The clock has a high pendulum house and runs slow, normal for that period.
The enamel dial is in a good condition with small pits located at the fastening pins, please see photos.
The ornament with eagles has a break on the left, virtually impossible to see.
Combined weight: 8 kg, unfortunately, the weight of the alarm clock is missing.
The clock comes with bracket, please see photo, key and pendulum.
The clock was restored approx. 10 years ago and oiled recently
The clock has cherry wood drums for the winding rope. iron hooks and old French coins as top stop above them.
