Gorgeous, large, bronze, French mantel clock with a sculpture of a writer. The writer is seated on a rock and writes "Oui l'ame est immortelle".
The item looks beautifully processed up to the details. It is undamaged.
The marble base is beautifully decorated.
The signed dial is in good, neat condition. It is protected by a door made of cut glass.
The bronze is not one large piece but instead consists of various smaller pieces. this creates a nice detailed effect.
The movement has been professionally cleaned by a clockmaker.

The movement strikes a bell every half hour. With original pendulum.
The mantel clock and candlesticks weigh more than 12 kg.
