Beautiful original industrial wooden typecase, with at the corners of compartment copper fittings, coming from an old print shop. Various stamps of the manufacturer present: "CASLON &Co". The copper fittings on each corner served for the firmness. The typecase is therefore still complete, all the compartments are still present and is therefore in its original condition. The tray is divided into various compartments in which the print letters used to be stored in. The tray has acquired a nice patina over the years and still has the original handle.
