Ducati 851 Superbike; classic collector’s item. This Ducati 851 was stored for some time (3 to 4 years) in a damp shed. It runs fine and is damage-free. It has travelled 53413 km and received a maintenance service, performed by a Ducati specialist, prior to the aforementioned storage period. The drawback of this motorcycle is the fact that most metal parts have oxidised due to the moist environment. This is a beautiful project for an enthusiast who would like to honourably repair this motorcycle by restoring it. Parts that have corroded/oxidised: - Frame - Engine block - Yokes The inside of the tank is in a fine condition because it is made of aluminium.
