Oil on canvas, 30 x 40 cm, with frame size 50 x 60 cm, by the artist Williams Bottino, born on 19 January 1954 in Edinburgh from Italian parents. A graduate in architecture, he lives in Milan spending his time between Spain and France where he studied, improving his artistic level at the École des beaux-arts in Paris. His works let the strength of colours explode both in geometric shapes and in figures. In Bottino’s works there is a balanced pop art mark and each of his paintings shows the great humbleness of the artist, that is resolved in the immediate interpretation, and this regardless of the culture of the observer, pure sensitivity in art and colour. Works by this artist are in Italy and abroad, including important collectors as well.
