Limited Edition pewter diorama. It was created at the request of The Western Heritage Museum and was crafted by Gordon Phillips, who is one of the finest Western artists America has ever produced. This is a beautiful Western Sculpture approximately 53cm long, 13cm high and 18cm wide and heavy at 15 lbs! Displayed on a wooden base with a brass plate attached and inscribed "The Western Heritage Museum Presents HOLDUP" This is a limited edition piece from 1992 numbered 2890/9500. Overall a fine quality piece. The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City is America’s premier institution of Western history, art and culture. Founded in 1955, the Museum collects, preserves and exhibits an internationally renowned collection of Western art and artifacts while sponsoring dynamic educational programs to promote interest in the enduring legacy of the American West.
