Mechanical - 8 day movement - bell rung every hour

Unique oak longcase clock by John Holroyd, Wakefield.
With brass face, broad chapter ring, Roman Arabic numerals, two weights and pendulum.
The grand oak case has crossbanding, swan-neck pediments and fluted hood pillars and is inlayed with different woods and two fine seashell designs.
Housing an eight-day arched dial clock and a moon dial. The moon dail is missing the hand and is fixed (non functional).
The hour and second movements are fully functional.
Keys for door and winding available.
Original weights.
Housing in very good condition with minor blemishes.

Width: 48 cm.
Depth: 23 cm.

Pick up by arrangement from Haarlem, Holland or by registered shipping with cost for the buyer.
