Clacquesin, a medalist at the 1900 World exhibition in Paris, is experiencing growing success on this occasion. This appetizer is very popular during the 1920s and 1930's.
Clacquesin is made from an infusion of Norway pine resin in alcohol, with the addition of caramelized sugar and spices, including cinnamon and cloves.
