Peter Dienes founded his coffee grinding company in Remscheid (Germany) in 1869. After his death in 1899, his sons, Friedrich and Peter Gottlieb, took over the company and developed the company. It closed doors in 1962.
Peter Dienes was regarded in his time as the inventor of the best grinding system with his Solida Kugal Work 1. The leaders had a great imagination and a lot of inventiveness, given the diversity of models and materials used.
