Eumig 1937/39 EUMIG 'C3' 8mm Cine/Movie Camera.

Two models of the C3 were made - a pre-war model in black and a post-war model in a light-grey. The one on offer is the early black model. It used double-run 8mm film. The camera is in very good-used condition and has a working clockwork motor f1.9 Eumigon lens and 3 shutter-speeds. A built--in coupled exposure meter does not give readings. Included is a leather ever-ready case which includes an interesting 'Depth-of-Focus' scale displayed in a door which opens for winding the motor. It has the Eumig logo impressed into the leather. The information on the camera body shows that it was manufactured in Austria, which was changed to Germany after WWII. A 80-year-old camera with interesting spec.
