Really a very beautiful large painting by the painter Cornelis le Mair (1944- ) A classic landscape with a river and a castle in the background. Signed in the bottom left: “ Cornelis le Mair ft '74”. The work is in an excellent condition and in a very nice frame. Cornelis le Mair is known as a contemporary painter who still works in the 17th century tradition. His works are highly sought after both in the Netherlands and internationally by collectors of classical art.
