Viña Albali Selección Privada Gran Reserva 2012: 75cl / 13% Vol. Grape 100% Tempranillo Deep ruby color with orange hues, this wine has a sophisticated and elegant aroma with red fruits and hints of leather, green pepper, and spices. In the mouth, it is balanced and expressive, round and polished tannins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, around 26-28ºC, intending to extract the maximum aromatic potential and elegant tannins. The wine is then aged for 18 months in American oak barrels and between 3 and six years in the bottle.
