An excellent Art Nouveau jewelry casket featuring ornate bas-relief scenes of frolicking cherubs in gilt bronze and nickel silver. A great quality piece dating to the early 1900s. The interior lined with deep royal blue velvet. The original key with a chased standing lion to both sides. Bottom of box stamped with lion atop a capital E, mark for Erhard & Söhne Measuring 16 x 13 x 6cm and weighing 753g Condition - Very good with little wear.
