You are bidding on selected inclusions from one of the largest collections in Germany, which consists of amber from all over the world (Baltics, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Burma), and I am offering them for auction for reasons of age. 
Authenticity, quality and rarity are guaranteed, some pieces are suitable for museums, this is the case in an estimated percentage of less than 0,1% of all finds - as with this piece!

This absolutely clear, large, honey-coloured amber (5.2 x 4.9 x 1 cm!) contains one of the largest e v e r found, perfectly preserved fireflies (Lampyridae), visible with all its details, with two flies and 4 
mosquitoes.
The last segments on the rear of the male have a biochemical glow as a mating signal! See photo 6!

Apart from the rarity of fireflies (glowworms) in Dominican
amber, this is one of the l a r g e s t and most beautiful beetle specimens in my 30-year old collection, and possibly worldwide!!

Without exaggeration, this magnificent UNIQUE and MUSEUM-WORTHY
amber is probably an investment that will increase in value over the
years!

5 multilayer shots are attached, where each millimetre has been photographed approx. 20 x. This 2 cm object showed the WILD macroscope M 400 its limits!
