Pearls and gemstones (Bracelet: 185 x 45 - Brooch: 63 x 102)

These pieces of jeweller are among the first of the Master Gerardo Sacco from Crotone (Italy) - Never worn - Bracelet measurements: 185 mm x 45 mm (With approx. 200 baroque pearls and 24 between rubies and emeralds of various carat weights) - Bracelet weight: 45 g - Brooch measurements: 63 mm x 102 mm (With approx. 720 baroque pearls and 18 between rubies and emeralds of various carat weights) - Brooch weight: 55 g - The two items of jewellery are in 9 kt gold. Insured shipping. Gerardo Sacco was born in Crotone in 1940. Still an adolescent, he found work at a jeweller's laboratory and found his true calling: creating unique ethnic jewellery. In addition to the Vittoriano Complex of Rome, and inside the Vatican Museums, Sacco's handiworks are found at large events organised by various Italian cultural institutes abroad: like those in Brussels, Lisbon, Copenhagen and Madrid. His jewellery has highlighted the feminine charm of great divas in various cinematic, theatrical and television productions: from Liz Taylor to Isabella Rossellini, and from Monica Bellucci to Elena Sofia Ricci. In 1986, Franco Zeffirelli entrusted him with the creation of jewellery for his Otello, with Katia Ricciarelli and Placido Domingo. The jewellery has been commissioned and made ad personam, meaning that they are absolutely unique.
