A beautiful large glass, also called grape rinser or tumbler, which is beautifully engraved all around. On the glass a wooded area with three excellently engraved images of red deer. The glass is in a magnificently good condition, no chip, break or scratch, except the bottom of the glass where there are very slight sliding tracks. The glass is large for its kind, likewise in weight, nearly half a kilo. I suspect that the glass is Bohemian, given the engraving, also presumably 2nd half 18th century, 1750-1800. As usual, the glass has a clearly cut and coarse pontil at the bottom, characteristic of glasses from this period. Will be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail.
