For Sale is a totally genuine and original WW1 Imperial German trench or fighting knife in it's correct metal scabbard with a leather loop and strap. This knife shows a pleasing amount of wear that is indicative of it being carried in combat. The blade is clearly marked with the Imperial proof mark. It is 14.5 cm long and has not been sharpened and the tip is present. There is some very tarnish and runner marks as you can see in the photos. The overall length is 29 cm approx. The wooden handle scales are in good condition with no cracks or damage. The leather strap is worn. The photos show the condition. I always post using 1st class tracked and signed mail..
