Bert Nienhuis - De Distel - Vases and cup (5) - Ceramic
Four vases and a beaker with a decoration design likely made by Bert Nienhuis and manufactured by pottery De Distel. The city coats of arms of Valkenburg (4 x) and Putten (1 x) were applied by the pottery and then glazed. We are likely dealing with (rejected?) inventory, redesigned as souvenir, although only a small number of these pieces are known.
In excellent condition without restorations or chips.
