Constantia Arnolda (Stans) Balwé (Amsterdam, 14th August 1863 –Blaricum, 1st September 1954) was a Dutch painter and draftsman. She was educated at the Haarlem School of Arts and Crafts and was also a student of Nicolaas Bastert and Ferdinand Oldewelt. She mainly painted landscapes and flower still lifes. Balwé was a member of Arti et Amicitiae, the Association of Visual Artists Laren-Blaricum and the Artists' Society Sint Lucas.
