Two wonderful gilded porcelain shells designed by Vittorio Sabadin for Capodimonte.
One shell consists of a half scallop with a facet cut crystal ball. It is 11.5 cm wide. The shell is in very good condition with some wear on the gilt. This shell can be used as a vide poche.
The other shell consists of two halves of a scallop with a facet cut crystal ball in the interior. It is 11 cm wide. The piece is in perfect condition.
Both are marked with the ’N’ and the crown of Capodimonte.
