A gilt bronze sculpture of Mephisto, playing on a lute. Signed on the base of the sculpture. The sculpture stands on a veined marble base. Made after the example of the original model of the Brussels sculptor Auguste De Wever (1836-1910). The sculpture has a height of 29 cm. The sculpture weighs ca 2250 grams. In good condition. Traces of wear in accordance with its age. See also the photos (made from the inside and outside). Gilding has once been reapplied. Shipping: Registered by PostNL.
