Naturally occurring micro-organisms will transform the alcohol into vinegar. The jar is handmade of high quality Vallauris pottery with marvellous natural earthy colours. The partly incised flower makes it a true highlight in any kitchen. It's height is +/- 36 cm, lid included, and it's capacity is 2.5 - 3 liters.
