Electric display automaton from the 1970s by brand JAFF; there is a musical system on the base (similar to music boxes) with manual winding, therefore mechanical. It was exhibited at the festival of the Monte Carlo Circus for a long time.
The automaton represents a drunk man ‘hanging’ from a lamppost in order not to fall. The lamppost lights up when switched on.
